My object I am going to tell you about is my necklace that my grandmother gave me.
This necklace means the world to me. My grandmother and grandfather gave this to me last christmas because they wanted me to always know that they love me. That was the first time I ever went by myself and spent time with them because I am adopted and they're my birth mom's parents, so i rarely get to see them. I lost my necklace one time and I cried and cried because it was gone and then I found it and decided to never take it off because it is so special to me. I would have to ask for a different one from them next christmas if I ever lost it because I need to have a part of them with me all the time because I love them with all my heart. I broke out in tears when I opened the gift on christmas eve, it's just so special to me.

The necklace is a gold heart, on a gold chain with a little diamond in the middle of the heart. I don't like gold but I would never ask for anything different from them because it's the thought that counts and the love that is behind the necklace. It is by far my favorite accesory always and forever. I would never trade the world for the necklace, and that's that.

This necklace reveals that I have a strong relationship with my grandparents, especially my grandmother. It also reveals that I love my grandma with all my heart, and because of this love I will never love a necklace more than this one.

If my necklace could talk it would say: I love you Randi, you mean the world to me. -Love Grandma-

In this essay I told you why my necklace that my grandparents got me for christmas means so much to me, and why the necklace is so special.
